Yet even when there is no misunderstanding, the Defendant wins. The owner admitted, "Sure, I excluded him! Hey, that's just my personality. I don't like black people, based upon my personal experience with a couple of them". And he STILL gets exonerated! This is racial discrimination, none other. And if the Japanese judiciary won't even rule against it for the flimsiest reasons, that must be exposed and talked about to international bodies.[..]
